About the Event
Fast and flavorful, this online class is designed for those who love ramen but not the 12 hours it takes to simmer the broth. Join Chef Thanh Tang as he balances bold flavors with traditional ramen to create harmony in every bite…and slurp! Students will make a shitake infused chicken stock and 2 flavor sauce-bases to create a total of 2 versions of ramen to be enjoyed. We will make:
Shitake infused Chicken stock
Spicy Sesame Ramen sauce
Black Garlic Ramen sauce Soy Braised Bamboo Shoots
Soy Marinated Eggs
